What do I do if I have a cleaning and I don't receive a notification?If you know you have a cleaning and you don't receive these notifications, please reach out to us at hello@turnovur.com as soon as possible so we can get the cleaning on our schedule.

What should I expect at each cleaning?We strive to meet your cleaning expectations at each cleaning. See above for everything that we cover in our Standard Checklist.

What if I want a deeper clean?You are in luck! We offer Deep Cleans. Pricing is $45/hour. See above for our Deep Clean Checklist. If you want only certain items deep cleaned, take a look at our White Glove Check Checklist for a pricing guide. Then send us an email with any additional items you'd like done and the date of the clean you'd like to have those completed.

What should I expect after a cleaning?After we have finished cleaning your unit, we will send you an invoice with completed checklists and notes from the cleaning.
