Owner and Operations
Hi, I'm Brooke! I started Turnovur to help hosts find ease and freedom in managing their vacation rentals. Part of the joy of my work is creating streamlined processes for my hosts
in this ever evolving industry.
In addition to operating Turnovur, I love practicing yoga, adventuring outdoors, reading a good book, and spending time with my family. I'm also mom to a beautiful baby girl!
Owner and Finance
Hi, I'm Spencer! I manage finances here at Turnovur and am currently earning my MBA from Brigham Young University. I have extensive experience in various financial roles, including hedge funds, commercial real estate, and residential mortgages.
When I'm not crunching numbers, I enjoy camping, rock climbing, and playing basketball. Spending time and adventuring with Brooke and our daughter also brings me tremendous joy.
As a graduate of Arizona State University with a BS in Finance, McKay toured the hospitality industry after graduation, and acted as a manager for a restaurant. Joining Turnovur after commerce reopened from the pandemic, he transitioned easily into managing the daily operations and demands of the vacation rental industry.
In his free time McKay enjoys being outside, playing basketball, woodworking and spending time with his family.
Mariah joined the Turnovur team in 2021 as a cleaner. She has two and half years worth of experience cleaning residential homes in the PDX area. Staging and having an eye for small details are her strengths.
Besides cleaning, Mariah loves animals, reading, coffee, and a good laugh.
Operations & Development
A born explorer, Nikki works while traveling the globe. Navigating through a changing world, while remaining flexible is the new now.
Her ability for creating processes that solve every day issues is a strength she brings to Turnovur. With teaching and property management in her repertoire, Nikki adds an understanding and perspective to the short-term vacation rental cleaning industry.
