Hi, I'm Brooke! I started Turnovur to help hosts find ease and freedom in managing their vacation rentals. Part of the joy of my work is creating streamlined processes for my hosts
in this ever-evolving industry.
In addition to operating Turnovur, I love practicing yoga, adventuring outdoors, reading a good book, and spending time with my family. I'm also mom to a beautiful baby girl!
SPENCER STEVENS
Owner and Finance
Hi, I'm Spencer! I manage finances here at Turnovur and am currently earning my MBA from Brigham Young University. I have extensive experience in various financial roles, including hedge funds, commercial real estate investment services, and residential mortgages.
When I'm not crunching numbers, I enjoy spending time adventuring with Brooke and our daughter.

Operations Manager
Lana is Turnovur's Operations Manager and has worked for Turnovur since September of 2021. She spent over a decade working in the healthcare industry and decided to make a career change that would leverage her project management and leadership skills. Lana shared, "I love my job here at Turnovur and really enjoy my team and the clients I get to work with." She's dedicated her time and energy to help create success in all areas of the company! She started as a cleaner, than a supervisor, and is now running all operations for Turnovur. Her love for this company has turned into a passion that drives her to work endlessly to make sure things run smoothly.
Lana enjoys spending time with her two young children, her wonderful husband and her farm of animals she has at home. She also enjoys cooking, barbecueing and playing board games with her family.

Turnovur's cleaning services have grown steadily since the very beginning and you can trust that we hire employees of only the highest quality, talented in their ability to deliver superior home cleaning. We perform background checks before hiring, and our company is insured and bonded for your protection.
Our Operations Manager meets with new clients to fully understand their needs, priorities, and concerns, plus does a walk-through of your residence to really get an accurate sense of what kind of cleaning you are after.
We can use your cleaning products, if preferred, in addition to supplying our own. Let us do what is truly best for you and your home.
