Hi, I'm Brooke! I started Turnovur to help hosts find ease and freedom in managing their vacation rentals. Part of the joy of my work is creating streamlined processes for my hosts in this ever-evolving industry.

From the very first clean to building out a multi-market operation, I've been hands-on in shaping how Turnovur works, from the checklists we use to the culture we've built around the people on our team.
Outside of work
Loves practicing yoga, adventuring outdoors, reading a good book, and spending time with her family. Also a proud mom to a beautiful baby girl.
Hi, I'm Spencer! I manage finances here at Turnovur and am currently earning my MBA from Brigham Young University. I have extensive experience in various financial roles, including hedge funds, commercial real estate investment services, and residential mortgages.

My background in finance has helped shape how we think about pricing, growth, and long-term sustainability at Turnovur, making sure the business side runs as smoothly as the cleaning side.
Outside of work
Enjoys spending time adventuring with Brooke and their daughter.
