Core Turnovur Service
Every package starts here. Our base rate covers a 5-star cleaning service designed to transform a used unit into a fully guest-ready space, the foundation of every Turnovur clean. Laundry is not included in the core service and is handled through our bundles.

Monthly Property Audit
In-depth property check covering filters, lightbulbs, smoke detectors, repair items, inventory, readiness, and hot tub top-off/chemical check.
Note: Hot tub complete empty and refill an extra $50. Hot tub deep cleaning at $65/hr. Auditor is an experienced cleaner trained to identify problems with the property. Services provided by Turnovur employees or Turnovur managed subs.

Guest Communications
We will handle all communications between the guests and your STR listing
(we will use a 3rd party software if you don't already have one).
You will need to make us a co-host so we can quickly reply to guest questions. All services are included in the monthly price (no hourly rates).

Carpet Cleaning
Discounted Carpet Cleaning Rates. Base cost is $85/hr with a 1-hour. However, if you sign up for our monthly service your discounted rate is $55/hr with no hourly minimum. We will automatically schedule ourselves based on what is reported by cleaners or the monthly property audit. You will be notified with a grace period to decline services should you choose. Services provided by Turnovur employees or Turnovur managed subs.

Handyman Service
Discounted Handyman Rates. Normally $85/hr your discounted rate is $55/hr. We will automatically schedule ourselves based on what is reported by cleaners or the monthly property audit. You will be notified with a grace period to decline services should you choose. If our internal handyman is unable to resolve it, we will find a vendor that will fix it. Turnovur can coordinate the repair on your behalf through our preferred vendors. Turnovur will always notify the homeowner before dispatching a vendor. If the homeowner approves Turnovur to coordinate the repair, we will handle scheduling, dispatching, and payment to third-party vendors. Services provided by Turnovur employees or Turnovur managed subs.

Exterior Maintenance
Leaf blowing on patio or other areas, refilling propane, moving/staging yard furniture/games, power washing the exterior walls (not roof). Normally, $85/hr your discounted rate is $55/hr. We will automatically schedule ourselves based on what is reported by cleaners or the monthly property audit. You will be notified with a grace period to decline services should you choose Services provided by Turnovur employees or Turnovur managed subs.

Yard Care
Weeding, mowing, trimming, blowing, and everything yard related to keep your grass/plants looking nice. We will plant flowers, but we ask that you decide which flowers to plant and where. Normally, $85/hr; your discounted rate is $55/hr. We will automatically schedule ourselves based on what is reported by cleaners or the monthly property audit (we will plan on once a week during the summer and as needed in Spring and Fall). You will be notified with a grace period to decline services should you choose. Services provided by Turnovur employees or Turnovur managed subs.

Property Errands
A "property errand" refers to an amount billed due to Turnovur being asked to do something at the home outside of a regularly scheduled service. We can help ship out guest items left behind, meet a handyman or delivery service, or even pick up the owner's mail / packages. Normally, $75/hr your discounted rate is $45/hr. Services provided by Turnovur employees or Turnovur managed subs.
